Location

In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, la Briqueterie is a charming, exclusive boutique hotel and a true sanctuary of relaxation. Built on the site of a former brick factory, the hotel was enlarged and entirely renovated in 2004 following new ownership. The hotel is located just 4km from Epernay, home to some of the most prestigious Champagne producers in the region, such as Moët et Chandon, Pol Roger and Perrier-Jouët.

Facilities

Open in 2006, the “Bulles de Detente” spa is a haven of relaxation and serenity. Comprising of a Turkish bath that releases purifying eucalyptus oils, a sauna, a swimming pool that overlooks the garden and a large Jacuzzi, the spa offers unique treatments from specialists Decléor, in its intimate and tranquil cabins.

La Briqueterie not only has a passion for the physical, but also for the palate. The traditional-styled dining room is a warm, welcoming place, in which you will enjoy top quality cuisine and splendid wines. Particularly attractive features of the restaurant include an open-fire, wild cherry woodwork and the radiant yellow and red decorations. Combining traditional recipes with herbs from the garden and regional Champagne products, the cuisine is a gourmet celebration of the senses. World renowned chef Michael Nizzero spent four years as First Sous-Chef at the prestigious three Michelin-starred Waterside Inn, Berkshire, UK, before joining La Briqueterie in 2011.
