Located at the heart of the beautiful Minervois wine region, Château Cabezac is a premium quality AOP producer and a fabulous destination for a break in the vineyards. Upon arrival at the estate, check into one of the pretty bastide’s best guest rooms and spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool. Dinner with drinks will then be served in the bastide’s gourmet restaurant.
On day two, you will have a free morning to do as you please. You may wish to relax at your hotel or take a walk and explore your lovely surroundings. You will then enjoy a lovely picnic lunch overlooking the breathtaking countryside. In the afternoon, you will be taken on a full tour of the winery, where your guide will explain the wine-making process and particularities of the Domaine. You may even be able to taste from the barrel during your visit to the state-of-the-art production centre! In the estate’s boutique, a tutored tasting session of Cabezac’s full range of wines will ensue before heading back to your room to freshen up. In the evening, a three course dinner will be served in the bastide’s restaurant and you will have the opportunity to taste the wines that you enjoyed the most during the afternoon’s tasting session for a second time.
