The Travel

Given the wide range of travel options, the package price does not include travel. The principle options are as follows:

• Fly to Basel-Mulhouse: There are direct flights from Gatwick (Easyjet), Heathrow (Brisith Airways), Manchester (BMI) and Edinburgh (Easyjet) to EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse.
• Travel by Eurostar and TGV (high speed train): Bordeaux is around 3 hours from Colmar by train, giving a total journey time of around 6½ hours from London. Grape Escapes can book this for you if you wish- the supplement starts at £119 per person- the train prices increase as the departure date nears so early booking is recommended. Upon arrival in Colmar, Riquewihr is located a short taxi ride away.
• Ferry to Calais: The drive from Calais is around 6¼ hours and Grape Escapes can book your ferry crossing if required.
