Hôtel de la Couronne
The Hôtel de la Couronne is located in the heart of the village of Riquewihr, in a quiet and easily accessible street. Its central location will allow you to explore the beautiful village without having to walk far and remain close to local bars, shops and restaurants. Its large car park is perfect for those who are driving to the region and is offered at the very competitive price of 3 Euros per day.
Upon arrival at the hotel, you will receive a true, friendly Alsatian service and the hotel’s multilingual staff are always on hand to assist you during your stay. To relax after a day’s wine-tasting, the rustic bar serves a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which can also be enjoyed on the terrace during warmer months. WIFI is available throughout the hotel. The hotel’s restaurant, “La Grenouille” serves a continental breakfast every morning and a variety of local specialities in the evening.
The hotel offers 41 rooms and each one is uniquely decorated. They are all traditionally-styled with period furniture and some have authentic exposed oak beams. All are equipped with a television, telephone, free WIFI internet access and an en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer. The 3* Hôtel le Schoenenbourg, part of the Best Western Group is a more modern, well-equipped hotel with all of the facilities that you would expect from an Elegant-grade accommodation.
Nestled at the foot of the Vosges mountains, the fairytale village of Riquewihr is home to this 3* hotel. The hotel is located in the centre of the village, just along from the Place Voltaire and the City Hall. It is within walking distance of the village’s cafés, bars and restaurants.
The hotel boasts a wide range of facilities, allowing for a comfortable and relaxed stay. During the summer months, guests can cool down the hotel’s outdoor heated swimming pool, fitness room and sauna. The terrace and sundeck offer lovely views of the village’s famous half-timbered houses and the weather permitting, the buffet breakfast can be enjoyed outside. A secure, indoor car park is available for guests of the hotel.
